Terrible customer service

"We paid over $50 for next day shipping via UPS. I spoke to someone there to confirm it would be shipped next day and we’d have it in time for my father in laws services. I ordered it a week in advance. It was ground via USPS. I spoke to multiple people at the post office who confirmed this, I also have receipts of shipment and delivery from the post office. I’ve emailed the company twice looking for a refund for our extra shipping fees and have not gotten any response. We did not have the urn in time for services. The urn was beautiful when we got it unfortunately the customer service is terrible. I response to my email as well as a refund for the shipping costs would still be appreciated."

Lovely urn

"As soon as I saw this nothing else compared with the beautiful poem and tree carving. The wood is beautiful and the glass to protect the carving is a lovely touch. I purchased this urn for my Dad so I can attest that it is big enough to hold an average size adult. Considering the process of purchasing an item like this can be emotional, this was easy to purchase on this site and shipping was faster than expected."
