Most personalized orders require 3–4 business days for production, followed by 3–4 business days for shipping. Most customers receive their order within 6–8 business days, although delivery times may vary by location.
Furniture items are made to order and have an estimated turnaround time of 6–8 weeks after your order is confirmed.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order to discuss expedited production and shipping options. Additional fees may apply depending on the product and timeline requested.
You'll receive automatic email updates as your order moves through production and shipping, including tracking information once your package has been shipped.
We carefully inspect and package every order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Most of our products can already be personalized with names, dates, meaningful quotes, photos, or other custom details. Available personalization options are listed on each product page.
Enter your personalization information directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. If you need a minor wording change (such as switching “Baptism” to “Confirmation” or changing “1st Anniversary” to “2nd Anniversary”), you can include it in the Order Notes section in your shopping cart.
If you would like a new or modified design, a $50 custom design fee will apply. This covers the time required for our designers to create a new production-ready file for engraving or printing. Once the custom design fee is paid, you will receive up to two digital proofs before your item goes into production. To start a custom design request, email us the SKU number of the item you want and details regarding the design.
Please note we do have limitations to what we can do. Some urns cannot be engraved on the sides due to our machine's capabilities. We also cannot engrave photos; we can only digitally print photos.
Many of our product pages include preview images or personalization tools so you can see how your item may look.
Please note that some automatic previews may occasionally show text that appears off-center or overlapping. Don't worry—our designers manually format every personalized order to ensure your engraving or printing is properly centered and professionally laid out.
Customers purchasing a custom design will receive digital proofs for approval before production.
Our products are made using a variety of high-quality materials depending on the design.
Many items are crafted from premium solid woods like cherry, maple, or oak, while some products may use engineered wood or other durable materials to achieve specific styles, finishes, or price points.
Please refer to the individual product description for exact material details, as this will always specify what each item is made from.
Note, our furniture pieces—such as rocking horses and heirloom furniture—are Amish-made using traditional woodworking techniques with solid wood, creating beautiful keepsakes designed to last for generations.
Yes — most of our products are fully made in the USA, including cutting, sanding, painting, assembly, laser engraving, and digital printing, which are all completed in-house.
Some components or materials may be sourced internationally depending on the product, but all customization, personalization, and finishing work is completed by our team here in the United States.
This allows us to maintain high quality standards while offering a wide variety of designs and price points.
Note that our furniture collection and rocking horses are handcrafted by Amish craftsmen in Ohio and surrounding communities.

Our lanterns feature an automatic 6-hour ON / 18-hour OFF timer cycle. Here is how simple it is to use:
Starting the Timer: Locate the small black switch on the bottom of the lantern. Slide it to ON. The lantern will stay lit for 6 hours, automatically turn off for 18 hours, and then turn back on at the exact same time every day.
Manual Override (Need light after it turns off?): If the lantern turns off after 6 hours but you still want light, simply switch it OFF and then back ON. This resets the timer and gives you another 6 hours of light.
Turning it Off: You can turn the lantern off completely at any time by sliding the switch back to OFF.
