"When done properly, the Custom Pet Shadow Box is the perfect memento and urn for your beloved dog (or cat)! I have ordered two. The first one was perfect! The second one must have been done on an “off” day. It had a couple of finishing problems and the wording on the front had one word repeated. The people at the company did another box for half price. This may not seem right as the mistakes were theirs. However, when I received the new box, the artist had worked with the background per my request and it came together beautifully and flawlessly! Worth every penny. Finally, when I voiced my complaints, customer service was wonderful! They take their creations seriously at LifeSong Milestones."
