"The frame itself is beautiful and was well received as a gift to a dear friend after the loss of her mother. I took off one star as it was shipped without the small piece of wood support needed for the frame to stand up on a flat surface. After calling the company, they did ship the needed piece, but it was not stained to match. A similar frame I received previously as a gift, had a matching piece included."
