Frequently Asked Questions

Why is a cardinal used on memorial gifts?
Many people believe a cardinal sighting is a sign that a loved one who has passed is near, which is why the verse speaks in their voice: "If you see me, know that I'm always with you."

What personalization is included?
A name and years under "In Loving Memory of," shown in the sample as "Tracy Smith, 1975 - 2024."

Which color should I choose?
All three colors carry the same verse and artwork. Bronze reads darkest and most traditional, Copper has a warm rose-metallic tone, and Silver has a lighter pewter look that stands out against dark siding or foliage.
