Frequently Asked Questions
What is personalized?
Your child's name and the year. The names shown in the photos are samples.
What age is this ornament for?
It works for any age. Unlike the My 1st Christmas dinosaur designs, the wording isn't tied to a baby's first year, so it suits toddlers, kids, and dinosaur fans who add a new ornament each year.
Can I order one for each child?
Yes. Each ornament is personalized with one name, so siblings can each have their own design.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Most orders will require 3-4 business days
production plus 2-3 days shipping. So your order should arrive anywhere
from 4-7 business days.
Shipping charges are dependent on weight. You can preview the shipping charges at checkout after entering your shipping address.
